On January 29, 2024, Kadant Inc. (“Kadant” or the “Company”) will hold its previously announced webcast and conference call to discuss its acquisition of KWS Manufacturing Company, Ltd. (“KWS”) (the “Acquisition”) at 1:00 p.m. eastern time.
